What the official targets mean
The minimum line relies on upscaling. Matching the GTX 1660 or RX 590 tier does not promise native 1080p at 60 fps. The recommended line is much more demanding because it names higher resolutions and medium settings.
CPU demand can rise around many players, vehicles, construction and destruction. A newer GPU alone does not compensate for an older CPU, low memory headroom, thermal throttling or background load.
Can your PC run WARDOGS?
- Confirm you use 64-bit Windows 10 or 11.
- Compare both your CPU and GPU with the named tier; do not check only one part.
- Make sure 16 GB RAM and at least 50 GB free storage are available.
- Decide whether the official target's resolution, settings and upscaling are acceptable to you.
- If you are near the minimum, wait for a benchmark from the current public version using a busy representative match.
There is no honest exact-FPS calculator yet
Part names alone cannot predict drivers, thermals, map load, server conditions, future patches or the scene used for a benchmark.

What the spec table cannot prove
The table cannot tell you whether every map, weather state or full-server battle holds the target frame rate. It also cannot confirm Steam Deck, Proton, ultrawide, laptop power limits or future Early Access performance.
For a useful benchmark, match the current public build, exact hardware, driver, resolution, settings, upscaling mode and a busy gameplay scene. Menu footage or an empty range is not enough.

No. It is an official target, not a guarantee for every system and match.
